做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
