做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
