做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
