做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
