做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
