做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
