做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
