做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
