做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
