做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
