做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
