做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
