做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
