做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
