做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
