做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
