做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
