做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
