做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
