做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
