做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
