做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
