做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
