做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
