做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
