做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
