做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
