做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
