做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
