做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
