做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
