做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
