做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。
