做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
