做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
