做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
