做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
