做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
