做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
