做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
