做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。
