做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。
