做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
