做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
