做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
