做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
