做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
