做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
