做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
