做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
